At Arccaptain, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
